Bound Printed Matter Changes
DAZzle and the USPS have announced that from
September 11th, 2008 Bound Printed Matter (BPM) will no longer be accepted (see
announcement below). To ensure that AMan does not attempt to use BPM, please
do the following:
-
Click on Configure->Postage Settings and make sure that none of your defaults
are Bound Printed Matter
-
Click on Configure->Postage Settings->DAZzle Options and make sure that “Use
least expensive of Media and Bound Printed Matter” is UNCHECKED
-
Finally, if you have been using BPM, please make sure that any orders in
2BPacked are not set for BPM by clicking on the plus (+) sign to the left of
the order to display the postal row. If any are BPM, please change to Media
Mail.
If BPM is used on or after September
11th, postage may fail or the item may be rejected by the USPS and returned to
you.
The
latest version of AMan Pro, 3.3.489 -
Download from
Here - turns off BPM in the product.

• All Bound Printed Matter (BPM) must be paid by permit imprint and
deposited at Business Mail Entry Units (BMEU).
• Mailers will no longer be able to pay postage with stamps, meters, APC,

• BPM will not be accepted at retail counters, in collection boxes, or by
